Batch 1: Morning Session

Our intermediate yoga classes are designed for practitioners with a solid foundation who want to deepen their practice. These sessions focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and refining technique through more challenging poses and longer sequences.

Level: Intermediate
Time: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Together, you can create a session that suits your unique needs and abilities, ensuring safety and comfort while still enjoying the benefits of yoga. Please inform us instructor of any health concerns (for example, thyroid, diabetes, blood pressure, chronic back pain etc) before class so they can adjust poses and provide modifications tailored to you. Flexibility for Beginners

Welcome!  Our beginner-friendly yoga class is perfect for those new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics. The class focuses on foundational poses, proper alignment, and mindful breathing, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.

Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Building Essential Strength

Our advanced yoga classes are for experienced practitioners seeking to challenge themselves with complex poses and sequences. Focused on strength, flexibility, and precision, these classes push your limits while fostering mental focus and physical endurance.

Time: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
           5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
