ABOUT US
Hi everyone, I’m Dr. Ragini Yadav! My yoga journey began over 8 years ago, and ever since, I’ve been passionate about sharing this practice with others.
Inspired by the ancient wisdom of yoga, I earned my M.A. and Ph.D. from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. My mission is to guide my students – from government officials to international visitors – towards a path of inner peace and physical well-being.
Through my work at Government Colleges under RAMSA, Vedic Kaya Ayurvedic Health, and even the Indian embassy in Russia, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of yoga. I’ve helped countless individuals overcome back pain, frozen shoulder, and other health concerns, while also guiding them towards a healthier lifestyle.
Beyond individual sessions, I also organize yoga retreats that combine fitness routines with deep relaxation techniques. It’s incredibly rewarding to see people not just improve their physical fitness, but also discover a sense of inner calm.

I am committed to guiding my clients towards a path of inner peace and a healthier lifestyle, using a personalized approach that caters to their unique needs.
